Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 22, 2026
Contact: help@peptade.com
This policy covers subscriptions to the Peptade mobile application ("App") on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It forms part of our Terms of Service (https://www.peptade.com/terms), Section 4. Peptade does not sell any physical product through the App.
In short: Peptade does not issue refunds. Your subscription is sold and billed by Apple or Google, and only they can refund it, under their own rules. Submitting a refund request does not mean it will be granted. A charge that was correctly made — including a free trial that converted because it was not cancelled in time, or a renewal that has already been billed — is a valid charge and is not refunded.
1. Peptade Does Not Issue Refunds; the Store Decides
Peptade subscriptions are sold and billed by the app store you purchased through, not by Peptade. The store processes your payment, holds your payment details, and decides every refund request under its own policies and applicable law. Peptade never sees your card details, has no refund button, and does not issue, approve, guarantee, or influence app-store refunds.
A refund request is not a refund. Apple and Google decide each request case by case. Many requests are declined, and neither store publishes its criteria. A store's decision is final as far as Peptade is concerned, and we cannot appeal it on your behalf.
Apple App Store
Request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Settings ▸ your name ▸ Media & Purchases ▸ View Account ▸ Purchase History on your device. Apple reviews each request against its refund policy and applicable law and makes the decision. Peptade has no visibility into, or influence over, that decision.
Google Play
Request a refund from Google at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 or through the Google Play app. Google generally handles requests made within 48 hours of purchase itself and may refer later requests to the developer. If Google refers you to us, email help@peptade.com with your Google Play order number and we will review the request. Review is not approval: a charge that was correctly made — including a trial that converted because it was not cancelled in time, or a renewal period that has already begun — is not refunded, except where the law of the place you live requires it.
2. Free Trials
If a subscription is offered with a free trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The trial length, the price after it, and the billing period are shown on the offer screen before you confirm; that screen governs.
It is your responsibility to cancel in time. A charge that results from a trial ending without cancellation is a valid charge, not an error, and is not refunded by Peptade. Whether Apple or Google chooses to refund it is entirely their decision. Not noticing when the trial ended, not using the App during the trial, or not receiving a reminder does not make the charge refundable.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through your store's subscription settings — on iOS, Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions; on Android, the Google Play app ▸ Payments & subscriptions ▸ Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until that period ends.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your Peptade account does not cancel a subscription. Both leave the subscription running in your store account, and it will keep renewing and charging until you cancel it there. Charges that occur because a subscription was left running are valid charges.
4. Renewals
A renewal that has already been billed is not refunded by Peptade. If you do not want the next renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your store's subscription settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period after you cancel.
5. Promotional and Alternative Offers
A promotional or alternative offer — including any discounted package presented if you begin a purchase and then back out — is a separate subscription product at its own recurring price, unless the offer screen expressly states an introductory period and a different price after it. The price, billing period, and renewal terms shown on the offer screen at the moment of purchase are the terms that apply. A countdown or "limited-time" framing describes how long the offer is being presented in the App; it does not create a refund right and does not shorten any refund or cancellation right you have.
6. Restoring a Purchase
If you reinstall the App or sign in on a new device and your subscription is not recognised, use Restore Purchase on the subscription screen, signed in to the same store account you purchased with. Restoring is free and does not create a new charge. If restore does not find a purchase you believe is active, email help@peptade.com with the store receipt and we will help you trace it. Buying a second subscription instead of restoring the first is not a basis for a refund from Peptade; ask the store.
7. Creator and Referral Codes
Access granted through a creator or referral code is not a purchase, has no price, and is not refundable. It is subject to the Terms of Service and may be withdrawn if the code was obtained or used in breach of them.
8. No Money-Back Guarantee
Peptade does not offer a satisfaction guarantee, a money-back guarantee, or a refund for unused time, changed mind, or dissatisfaction with the App. Where a specific offer states a guarantee, that guarantee applies only on the terms and within the time stated on that offer, and is honoured through the store.
9. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement. Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital purchase; it is exercised with the store, under the store's terms, which may provide that the right is lost once delivery of the digital content has begun at your request. Consumers in Ontario, Quebec, and other provinces and states have rights under their consumer-protection laws. Where those rights conflict with this policy, they prevail.
10. Getting Help
For questions about a charge, a trial, or a renewal, email help@peptade.com with the email address on your Peptade account and, if you have it, the store receipt. Do not send card numbers. We will explain what happened and how to cancel; we cannot refund the charge. For the refund decision itself, contact the store as set out in Section 1.
