A peptide protocol tracker is where a compound's whole routine lives: the schedule or on/off cycle it follows, a fixed dose or multi-step titration, and the dose history that results. Instead of piecing that together from memory, it stays in one record you can open from the Track tab any time.
Peptade doesn't assemble a routine for you. You enter each piece — schedule or cycle, dose, titration steps — and the tracker holds them together and lays out your dose days from them.
Changing one part of a routine, such as editing a titration step, doesn't disturb the history you've already logged. Past entries stay exactly as you recorded them.

No. You enter the schedule, cycle and titration yourself, and the protocol tracker only keeps track of them — it doesn't propose any of them.
Doses you've already logged stay in your history after you update the schedule, cycle or titration. They're separate records from the plan itself.
Yes. A compound on a titration can follow an on/off cycle. Titration steps count only on-cycle dose days, so off days pause the ramp.
They can share a schedule or a cycle: add more than one compound to the same plan. Each compound still keeps its own dose, titration and supply, and belongs to one plan at a time.
