Bacteriostatic water calculator
Pick the syringe mark you want your dose to land on, and this tool solves for the water volume that puts it there — the reconstitution math in reverse, not a recommendation.

The reconstitution calculator starts from the water you already added. This one starts from the other end: you know your vial amount, your dose, and which mark on the syringe you'd like that dose to land on, and the tool solves for the water volume that makes all three true at once.
It's the same conversion, run backwards — total amount, dose, and a target unit count go in; a volume of water comes out, along with the resulting concentration and how many doses the vial holds at that dose. There's no preferred concentration and no compound list behind it.
If you are considering using any injectable peptide, you must consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before purchasing, reconstituting, or administering any injectable product. This applies regardless of whether a prescription is required in your jurisdiction. Injectable peptides carry additional risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, nerve damage, and adverse events from improper reconstitution, contaminated supplies, incorrect technique, or dosing errors.
Never do this math twice.
Peptade keeps the numbers you enter for each compound, so its reconstitution tool fills them in for you next time — from your own entries, never from a catalog.

How it works
Step 1
Enter your vial
Type the total amount stated on your vial.
Step 2
Enter your dose and target mark
Type your dose (mg or mcg) and the syringe unit mark you'd like that dose to reach.
Step 3
Read the water volume
See the water volume that puts your dose on that mark, the concentration that results, and how many doses the vial holds.
Worked example
- 6 mg vial ÷ 0.3 mg (300 mcg) dose = 20
- 20 × (15 units ÷ 100) = 3.00 mL of water for that mark
- 6 mg vial ÷ 3.00 mL water = 2.00 mg/mL result

Frequently asked questions
Some people prefer their dose to land on a round Units mark; this tool works out the water volume that puts it there.
No. It has no opinion on concentration — it solves the arithmetic for whatever target you type, however round or unusual.
No. It solves the arithmetic for the mark you pick. The diluent and its volume are set by the product's labeling or by your prescriber or pharmacist, not by this tool or the app.
The calculator shows the exact result either way; whether that volume is practical for your vial and syringe is a decision for you and, where one is involved, your prescriber.
