All peptide information, the personalized stack, manual dose records, tracking tools, nutrition estimates, reminders, the AI assistant, and the nutrition, sleep, hydration, and exercise features are for informational, educational, and record-keeping purposes only — not medical, clinical, or dietary advice, and not dosing instructions. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide, compound, or supplement, or before making decisions about your diet, sleep, training, or health.

1. Purpose and Scope of This Disclaimer

This Medical and Health Information Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") governs all peptide-related and health-related information provided by the Peptade mobile application ("App"), including the personalized stack, educational research, manual dose records, supply and cycle tracking, injection-site tracking, calculators, reminders, the in-app AI assistant, and the nutrition, sleep, hydration, exercise, and body-weight tracking features.

This Disclaimer applies to all features of the App, including but not limited to: the personalized stack generator, the peptide/compound tracker and dose logger, dosing schedules and cycles, the injection-site (body-map) tracker, the peptide research library, the in-app AI assistant ("PepBot"), the Certificate of Analysis record locker ("Verify Your Compounds"), the food scanner and nutrition tracker (including menu and barcode scanning), the nutrition calculator, the sleep tracker and Sleep Score, the hydration tracker, the exercise/workout tracker and muscle map, the side-effect and wellness log, and the optional Apple Health integration.

By using Peptade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.

2. What Peptade Does

Peptade is a personal peptide-tracking, record-keeping, and education application. Its primary purpose is to help you track the compounds, doses, cycles, and lifestyle habits you choose to record, to look up what published research and public regulatory records say about compounds, and — if you choose to run the generator — to list compounds that may be relevant to your self-reported goals.

The personalized stack is generated from your personal profile — which includes information you provide such as your age, gender, height, weight, activity level, physique level, and self-reported improvement goals — together with a single facial photo, which the generator requires (see Section 3A). The App covers a broad range of improvement areas, including but not limited to weight management, muscle growth and recovery, cognitive performance, immune support, longevity, hormonal balance, sexual health, hair growth, skin health, facial and aesthetic goals, and overall physical well-being.

PEPTADE IS A TRACKING AND EDUCATION TOOL, NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or health disorder. The personalized stack is generated from your self-reported profile and goals — not from clinical evaluations, laboratory results, physical examinations, or medical diagnoses. No health score, facial score, rating, or diagnostic assessment is produced for or shown to you.

3. Nature of the Personalized Stack

The personalized stack is a reading list, not a protocol. It names compounds whose regulatory status or published research relates to the goals you selected, states each compound's regulatory status and route of administration, and gives a plain-language rationale. It contains no dose, no schedule, no cycle, no titration, no combination, and no instruction to obtain or take anything. It is informational guidance intended to help you explore what exists and, where a compound is a prescription medicine, to bring to a licensed prescriber. It is not a medical prescription, clinical directive, pharmaceutical advice, or treatment plan.

The stack is presented in two separate sections, assembled in two different ways.

  • FDA-approved medicines. This section is populated by a fixed database rule and not by an AI model: a compound appears here only when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved it as a medicine and the indication it was approved for has been matched, in Peptade's catalog, to a goal you selected. Every compound here is a prescription medicine, chosen by regulatory fact. The rationale shown beside it is the approved indication itself. If nothing in the catalog is approved for a goal you selected, the section says so and lists nothing.
  • Emerging research compounds. These are not approved by any regulatory authority. The section is hidden until you deliberately reveal it, and a disclosure explaining what those compounds are is shown before any of their names, every time. An AI model selects and orders these compounds from the catalog's research-eligible entries and writes the rationale; it is instructed to make no therapeutic claim and to guarantee no outcome. The App provides no dosing information whatsoever for compounds in this section.

What the AI in Peptade does and does not do. Across the stack generator and the AI assistant, the AI: does not choose which FDA-approved medicines you see; does not state a dose, dose range, frequency, titration, or cycle for any compound that is not FDA-approved; does not tell you to take, obtain, start, stop, combine, or adjust any compound; does not answer whether a compound is safe or appropriate for you; does not tell you where to buy anything; and does not assess any Certificate of Analysis. These are content rules that constrain the models. They are not a guarantee that every output is correct, and every output remains something you must verify with a qualified professional before acting on it.

3A. The Facial Photo Is an Input, Not a Score

To generate a personalized stack, the App asks you to take or choose a single front-facing selfie. Running the generator is optional; if you run it, the photo is required. The photo is used once, solely as one input to help tailor the stack to you. It is sent to a trusted third-party AI service for analysis, and facial characteristics derived from it may inform which emerging-research compounds are listed and why.

Peptade never shows you a facial score, rating, symmetry measurement, "aesthetic dimension," face-shape result, ranking, or any similar assessment. The only outputs surfaced to you are the listed compounds and their rationales. The analysis and its derived data are not a clinical evaluation of your appearance or health. For how the photo and derived data are collected, used, stored, and deleted, see the Privacy Policy (Biometric Data Collection and Use).

3B. The Stack Is Not a Prescription, Encouragement, or Instruction to Use

When a compound appears in your stack, the App is saying that the compound's regulatory record or published research relates to a goal you stated. This is fundamentally different from a medical prescription, which requires clinical evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Peptade does not prescribe, and nothing in the App should be interpreted as a prescription or directive to take any substance.

Peptade does not tell you to use, take, inject, or consume any peptide or compound — ever. A compound's appearance in your stack means only that its documented properties align with the goals you self-reported. It is not encouragement, endorsement, or instruction to acquire or use it. The decision to use or not use any substance is exclusively yours, made at your own risk and, where appropriate, with your healthcare provider.

3C. No Sales and No Sourcing

Peptade does not manufacture, sell, distribute, supply, dispense, or ship any peptide or other substance, and the App will never tell you where to buy one. The App contains no purchase links, vendor names, supplier lists, pricing, or sourcing guidance of any kind, and Peptade receives no compensation related to the purchase of any substance. Peptade takes no position on whether you should acquire any substance, and has no knowledge of, control over, or responsibility for the identity, purity, quality, sterility, labeling, legality, or safety of any product you obtain from any source. Any product you acquire, you acquire entirely at your own risk from a source you alone chose.

3D. Scope of the Catalog

Compounds in the catalog, and therefore in a stack, may span the following categories: signal peptides, carrier peptides, enzyme inhibitors, structural peptides, GLP-1 receptor agonists, growth hormone secretagogues, repair and healing peptides, longevity and mitochondrial peptides, immune modulators, neuropeptides, and hormonal peptides. These categories encompass both topical and systemic (injectable or oral) peptides.

What distinguishes the two sections is regulatory status, not quality, safety or effectiveness. A compound in the FDA-approved section has been approved by that agency for a stated medical use; nothing about its presence there means it is appropriate, safe or effective for you, and only a licensed prescriber can make that judgment. A compound in the emerging section has not been approved by any regulatory authority for any use; its presence means published research exists, not that the research is favourable, conclusive, or conducted in humans. Many compounds that are lawful to possess in one jurisdiction are not in another, and verifying that remains your responsibility.

Most FDA-approved peptide medicines — oncology, endocrine, rare-disease and anti-infective drugs among them — relate to no consumer goal at all. Those appear in the research library only and are never placed in anyone's personalized stack. Compounds labelled "Experimental" in the library, and custom compounds you add yourself, are likewise never placed in a stack.

4. About the Peptides in Our Catalog

The Peptade catalog contains peptides that are naturally occurring amino acid chains or synthetic analogs thereof, together with a number of related non-peptide compounds. Peptides are bioactive signaling molecules that the human body naturally produces, and many are commercially available as research compounds, nutritional supplements, or approved pharmaceutical products depending on the jurisdiction.

Each compound carries a regulatory status drawn from the FDA's public Drugs@FDA record (see Section 6B). Compounds that are not FDA-approved additionally carry an evidence label:

  • "Established Research" — A substantial body of peer-reviewed evidence with well-documented mechanisms of action.
  • "Emerging Research" — Preliminary or growing evidence from early-stage research, animal studies, or limited human trials, not yet confirmed in large-scale human studies.
  • "Experimental" — Listed for reference only. Never placed in a personalized stack.

These labels describe the state of the published literature on a compound. They are not a verdict that a compound works, is safe, or is appropriate for you, and they are not a regulatory classification — see Section 9.

The regulatory status of individual peptides varies by country and jurisdiction. Some peptides may require a prescription in certain jurisdictions, while others may be available as over-the-counter supplements or research compounds. Many have not been approved for human use anywhere. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal and regulatory status of any peptide in your jurisdiction before purchasing or using it.

5. Educational Information and Manual Records

The research library and PepBot do not provide dose amounts, ranges, application frequencies, titration schedules, cycle lengths, preparation instructions, concentration conversions, injection volumes, syringe-unit calculations or half-life estimates for any compound, including FDA-approved medicines. Regulatory status and educational research information remain available. Medication decisions belong with a licensed healthcare professional.

5A. Nutrition Calculator

Peptade has no medication preparation calculator or estimated drug-level chart. The nutrition calculator estimates calorie and macronutrient targets from your profile; it is general information and must not be relied on for medical or dietary decisions.

5B. Personalization and User-Entered Values

You can manually record your existing plan: compound identity and administration route, total and remaining supply, fixed dose or user-entered titration steps, doses per day, schedules, cycles, dates and notes. Peptade does not choose or adjust these values. Reminders and inventory displays are bookkeeping aids derived from your entries, not medical instructions.

Every one of these values originates with you. The App proposes none of them, offers no suggested, default, or quick-select amount, does not recommend titration schedules or cycle lengths, does not evaluate whether a schedule is medically appropriate, and does not adjust your schedule for you. Multi-step titration schedules and on/off cycles are stored and displayed as a tracking aid only.

Where the App shows a reminder or warning derived from what you entered (for example, that a cycle's end date is approaching, or that a supply is running low), it is a bookkeeping note computed from your own values. It is not a medical instruction or a guarantee of safety. Storage conditions, sterility, and product-specific stability vary; rely on your healthcare provider and the manufacturer's product literature for storage and discard decisions, not on the App.

5C. Injection-Site Tracking

The App lets you record where on your body you administered an injection by tapping a body map, which stores an approximate on-body location for your own reference and history. This is a self-tracking log only. The App may display a rotation hint (for example, marking the site you have used least recently as next in your own rotation); this is a bookkeeping convenience computed from your own logs, not medical advice about whether, where, or how any injection should be administered. Peptade does not recommend injection sites, does not evaluate whether a site is appropriate for you, and does not provide injection instruction on technique, depth, sterility, or suitability. Proper injection technique and site selection must come from a licensed healthcare provider.

5D. Reminders and Notifications

Dose, meal, water, sleep, and exercise reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device from the schedule you entered. They can be delayed, duplicated, or missed because of device settings, operating-system behaviour, Focus modes, low-power states, a reinstall, or an App error. Do not rely on a reminder, or on the absence of one, to decide whether a dose is due, and do not rely on the App's dose log as your only record of what you have taken. Peptade is not responsible for any consequence of a missed, late, duplicated, or incorrect reminder, log, or alert.

6. Injectable Peptides — Additional Warnings

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING ANY INJECTABLE PEPTIDE, YOU MUST CONSULT WITH A LICENSED PHYSICIAN OR QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER BEFORE PURCHASING, RECONSTITUTING, OR ADMINISTERING ANY INJECTABLE PRODUCT. Self-injection carries inherent risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, nerve damage, and other adverse events.

Many injectable peptides in the Peptade catalog may require a prescription in your jurisdiction. Even where they do not legally require a prescription, injectable peptides carry additional risks compared to topical or oral peptides, including risks associated with improper reconstitution, contaminated supplies, incorrect injection technique, and dosing errors. Products obtained outside a licensed pharmacy supply chain may be mislabeled, contaminated, counterfeit, improperly stored, or different from what a seller claims, and Peptade cannot know or detect any of that.

Peptade provides educational research information and manual record keeping. It does not teach preparation or administration. Obtain any instruction about medication use from a licensed healthcare provider.

Any decision to purchase, reconstitute, or inject any peptide is made entirely at your own risk and discretion. Peptade bears no responsibility for any adverse health outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of injectable peptides.

6A. Custom (User-Defined) Compounds

THE APP ALLOWS YOU TO ADD CUSTOM COMPOUNDS THAT ARE NOT PRESENT IN THE PEPTADE CATALOG ("CUSTOM ENTRIES"). PEPTADE HAS NO INFORMATION ABOUT, AND TAKES NO POSITION ON, ANY CUSTOM ENTRY YOU ADD. THE PROTECTIONS DESCRIBED ELSEWHERE IN THIS DISCLAIMER — REGULATORY STATUS, EVIDENCE LEVELS, CONTRAINDICATION NOTES, AND THE STACK'S CONTENT RULES — DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ENTRIES.

When you add a Custom Entry, you choose the compound name and the administration method (oral, topical, or injectable). The App stores those values and uses them only to display the Custom Entry on your tracker and dose log. Peptade does not pre-validate, vet, evaluate, recommend, or attest to the safety, identity, legality, regulatory status, contraindications, dosing, reconstitution method, or clinical appropriateness of any Custom Entry. Custom Entries are never placed in a personalized stack.

You are solely responsible for: (a) the accuracy of every Custom Entry, including its true identity and the personalization values (total amount, dose, titration, frequency, etc.) you attach to it; (b) the legality of possessing and using the substance you have entered, in your jurisdiction; (c) confirming with a qualified healthcare provider that the substance is appropriate for you, that your dosing is safe, and — for injectables — that your reconstitution and injection technique are correct; (d) ensuring the Custom Entry does not reference a controlled substance or otherwise violate the Acceptable Use provisions of the Terms of Service.

Any decision to research, purchase, prepare, administer, or discontinue any Custom Entry is made entirely at your own risk and discretion. Peptade bears no responsibility whatsoever for any adverse health outcomes, legal consequences, or other harm resulting from your use of the Custom Entry feature.

6B. Certificate of Analysis (COA) Records — "Verify Your Compounds"

PEPTADE DOES NOT TEST ANY PRODUCT AND DOES NOT VERIFY, AUTHENTICATE, VALIDATE, RATE, OR CERTIFY ANY CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS, LABORATORY, BATCH, VENDOR, OR SUBSTANCE. THE NAME OF THIS FEATURE DESCRIBES WHAT YOU DO WITH YOUR OWN PAPERWORK. IT IS NOT, AND MUST NOT BE READ AS, A STATEMENT THAT PEPTADE HAS CHECKED ANYTHING OR THAT ANY PRODUCT IS SAFE, PURE, CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED, OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE.

WHERE THE APP REPORTS A COMPOUND'S FDA REGULATORY STATUS, IT IS REPEATING A PUBLIC REGULATORY RECORD ABOUT A SUBSTANCE — NOT CERTIFYING IT, NOT TESTING IT, AND NOT SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT THE ITEM IN YOUR POSSESSION OR ABOUT WHOEVER SOLD IT TO YOU. SEE THE FIVE LIMITS SET OUT BELOW.

This feature is a filing cabinet and a reading guide. It stores documents you already have, shows you what they say, places two numbers side by side for you to compare yourself, reports whether a document carries certain fields, scans a code printed on your packaging so you do not have to type it, and teaches you what those fields mean. On every one of those things it reaches no conclusion, and no conclusion should be inferred from it.

There is exactly one statement in this feature that Peptade makes itself, and it is about the compound, never about your document, your vial, or your seller. It is described immediately below.

Regulatory status — the one thing Peptade states. For a compound in Peptade's library, the App tells you whether that substance is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration as a medicine, and if so, for which indication and in what year. This is drawn from the FDA's public Drugs@FDA record. It is a statement about the published regulatory position of a molecule. It is not a laboratory result, not an examination of anything you own, and not medical advice. Five limits apply, and all of them matter:

  1. "Not FDA-approved" is not a finding that a substance is dangerous, ineffective, contaminated, or illegal to possess. It means no application to market it as a medicine has been approved. Many unapproved compounds are the subject of ongoing legitimate research. The statement describes a regulatory record and nothing else.
  2. "FDA-approved" is not a finding that a substance is safe — least of all safe for you. Approval attaches to a specific medicine, for a specific indication, within a studied dose range, in a studied population, dispensed on prescription and used under professional supervision. It carries no implication about use outside those conditions, and none whatsoever about material obtained outside the pharmacy supply chain.
  3. It says nothing about what is in your vial. The regulatory status of a molecule is unrelated to whether the container in your possession holds that molecule, holds it at the stated strength, or holds anything else besides.
  4. It is United States status only, and it is a point in time. Other regulators reach different conclusions about the same substance. Approvals, withdrawals and indications change, and Peptade's copy of the record may lag behind the FDA's.
  5. It is not an instruction. Peptade does not tell you to take, avoid, continue, or discontinue anything on the basis of its regulatory status, and this statement must not be relied upon as a reason to do any of those things.

If a compound is not in Peptade's library, the App says so and states nothing further. An absence of information from Peptade is never a statement about a substance.

Scanning a code is not identification. Where you scan a QR code or barcode from packaging, the App records what the code contained. A code on such a product does not generally encode which substance is inside, and the App does not decide what your compound is from a scan — you select that yourself. If the code contains a web address, the App records the site name and can open the page in your browser; it does not retrieve that page, does not inspect it, does not check who operates it, and forms no view about the seller. Peptade keeps no register of sellers and makes no statement, favourable or otherwise, about any vendor, website, or supplier.

What a COA is, and what it is not. A Certificate of Analysis reports laboratory results for a sample drawn from one production batch. Two facts limit what any such document can tell you, and both apply even when a report is entirely genuine:

  1. It describes a batch, not your vial. The report was written before your vial was filled, labelled, packed, shipped, and stored. It cannot establish that your vial came from the batch it covers, that the contents were not substituted afterwards, that the vial was filled or labelled correctly, that it was held within its temperature range in transit, or that it has not been opened or tampered with.
  2. Purity is not identity. An HPLC purity percentage measures how much of a sample is a single substance. It does not establish which substance that is. A report showing a high purity figure with no mass-spectrometry identity confirmation has told you the vial contains a great deal of one thing and nothing about what that thing is.

Forged documents. Fabricated Certificates of Analysis attributed to real laboratories are known to circulate. Peptade does not detect forged documents, does not flag them, keeps no list of laboratories, and does not check any report against the records of the laboratory named on it. Only the issuing laboratory can confirm what it issued. If a document matters to you, contact that laboratory or use its own public report lookup where one exists.

The comparison is yours. When you compare batch numbers, the App displays the number recorded from your document beside the number you type from your vial and asks whether they match. The App does not compare them and computes no result. It records the answer you give. That record is your conclusion, not a finding by Peptade, and a recorded match is not evidence that a product is genuine, safe, or correctly identified.

The checklist is not a grade. The App reports whether a document carries each of certain commonly expected fields. There is no score, total, percentage, or pass/fail. A document carrying every listed field has not been approved by Peptade; a document missing several has not been rejected by Peptade.

Transcription is not verification. Where you have enabled AI features, the App may transcribe printed fields from your document so you do not have to type them. Transcription copies text off a page. It does not confirm that the text is accurate, that the values are true, or that the document is what it appears to be, and it can misread characters — particularly in batch numbers, where 0/O and 1/I are frequently indistinguishable in print. You must check every transcribed value against the document itself.

No instruction, in either direction. Nothing in this feature tells you to use, continue, discontinue, return, dispose of, report, or acquire any substance, and nothing in it should be relied upon as a reason to do any of those things. A recorded batch difference is not an instruction to stop, and a recorded match is not permission to proceed. Every such decision is yours, made at your own risk, and — where appropriate — with a qualified healthcare provider.

Not a records-retention service. Keep your own copies. Documents are removed when you delete them, delete the compound they are filed under, use "Delete Data", or delete your account.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make after reading, comparing, or storing any document in this feature. Sections 8 (User Responsibility), 8A (Express Assumption of Risk), 12 (Limitation of Liability) and 13 (Indemnification) apply to this feature in full.

7. No Medical, Clinical, or Diagnostic Advice; No Doctor–Patient Relationship; Not HIPAA

Peptade does not provide medical advice, clinical advice, pharmaceutical advice, dosing instructions, or diagnostic services of any kind. The App does not diagnose diseases, medical conditions, or health disorders. The facial photo used by the stack generator is not analyzed to produce any clinical diagnosis, health assessment, or score shown to you.

Nothing in the App should be construed as advice from a physician, pharmacist, nurse, dietitian, or any other licensed healthcare professional. Your use of the App does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, dietitian–client, or any other professional–client or fiduciary relationship between you and Peptade or any of its personnel or contractors. The information provided by Peptade is not intended to replace the relationship between you and your healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, are experiencing symptoms, or have concerns about your health, you should consult a licensed healthcare provider directly.

Peptade is not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Nothing you enter in the App is "protected health information" under HIPAA, and Peptade makes no representation of HIPAA compliance. The Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describe how the health-related information you enter is protected.

NOT FOR EMERGENCIES. The App is not designed for, and must not be used in, medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency — including a suspected adverse reaction, overdose, allergic reaction, or infection — stop using the App and call 911 (or your local emergency number) or contact your local poison control center immediately.

7A. AI Assistant ("PepBot")

PepBot can explain educational research, help you navigate the App and summarize supported records. Your messages and a structured snapshot of your profile, compound names, logging dates and lifestyle records are routed through OpenRouter to OpenAI's language models. The snapshot excludes medication amounts, preparation fields, injection sites and schedules. See Privacy Policy Section 4 for details.

PepBot provides educational research information, app navigation and summaries of supported records. It does not calculate or recommend medication amounts or provide preparation, administration or half-life guidance, including for FDA-approved medicines. It does not recommend starting, stopping, obtaining or adjusting a compound, assess COA documents, or identify sellers. Questions outside this scope are directed to a licensed healthcare professional.

THE AI ASSISTANT IS AN INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL TOOL, NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. Its responses are generated by an AI language model, may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and do not constitute medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, or dietary advice. Do not rely on it to diagnose, treat, or manage any condition, or to determine how to use any compound. Always confirm anything health-related with a qualified healthcare provider.

7B. Nutrition, Sleep, Hydration, Exercise, Body-Weight, and Side-Effect Tracking

THE NUTRITION, SLEEP, HYDRATION, EXERCISE, BODY-WEIGHT, AND SIDE-EFFECT FEATURES ARE INFORMATIONAL SELF-TRACKING TOOLS, NOT MEDICAL OR DIETARY ADVICE. THEY DO NOT DIAGNOSE, TREAT, MONITOR, OR MANAGE ANY CONDITION, EATING DISORDER, METABOLIC CONDITION, OR SLEEP DISORDER.

The nutrition features let you log food and use AI to identify foods from a photo, rank items on a restaurant menu, look up a product by barcode, and estimate calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients (including via a public nutrition database such as USDA). These values are approximate estimates and may be inaccurate. AI food identification can misidentify foods, misjudge portion sizes, or fail to find a database match. Nutrition figures — and the outputs of the nutrition/calorie calculator, which applies a standard published estimating formula to your profile — are intended for general self-tracking and awareness only. They are not a substitute for professional dietary advice, medical nutrition therapy, food labels, allergen warnings, or the guidance of a registered dietitian or physician, and should not be relied upon to manage diabetes, allergies, eating disorders, or any medical condition that depends on precise nutritional intake.

The sleep tracker records sleep times and quality that you self-report (or that are imported from Apple Health) and computes an informational "Sleep Score" and an estimated deep-sleep figure from simple, general formulas. It is not a clinical sleep measurement device and does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders. The hydration, exercise/workout, muscle-map, and body-weight features are likewise informational self-tracking tools. Recommended ranges shown anywhere in the App are general guidance, not personalized medical recommendations.

The side-effect and wellness log records symptoms, energy, mood, and notes that you choose to enter, for your own reference. The App does not interpret, evaluate, or alert you to what you log; the absence of a logged symptom does not indicate the absence of a medical condition; and a logged symptom is not a diagnosis. If you experience a side effect you are concerned about, contact a healthcare provider — do not rely on the log.

You are solely responsible for any dietary, nutritional, sleep, training, or other health-related decision you make. If you have or suspect an eating disorder, a history of disordered eating, or any condition for which calorie or nutrition tracking could be harmful, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the nutrition features.

7C. Apple Health

On iOS, if you connect Apple Health, the App may read certain metrics (such as steps, energy, sleep, weight, heart rate, and workouts) to display alongside your tracking, and may write back certain values you log in the App (such as weight, hydration, and nutrition). Apple Health data is provided by Apple's frameworks and connected devices, may contain gaps, delays, or errors, and is not validated by Peptade. It is used only to power the App's own informational tracking features; it is not used for medical diagnosis or clinical assessment. This integration is optional and can be turned off at any time. There is no health-platform integration in the Android App.

8. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Any decision to research, purchase, use, administer, or discontinue any peptide, compound, supplement, or health product based on information provided by Peptade is made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

(b) You are solely responsible for verifying the legal and regulatory status of any peptide or compound in your jurisdiction before purchasing or using it.

(c) You will consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning, modifying, or discontinuing any peptide regimen, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are currently using prescription medications.

(d) You will consult a licensed physician before using any injectable peptide, regardless of whether a prescription is required in your jurisdiction.

(e) You will not rely on the App's educational information, manual records or nutrition estimates to determine how to use any medication or peptide.

(f) You will verify the accuracy of your manual entries, including supply amounts, doses, titration steps, schedules, cycles, dates and notes. The App does not assess their medical appropriateness.

(g) For any Custom (user-defined) Compound you add, you acknowledge that Peptade has no information about it, that it is not covered by the catalog's regulatory status, evidence ratings, or contraindication notes, and that you are solely responsible for its identity, legality, dosing, reconstitution, and clinical appropriateness.

(h) You will not rely on the in-app AI assistant, or on any nutrition, sleep, hydration, exercise, body-weight, or side-effect figure, as medical or dietary advice.

(i) You will not rely on a reminder or notification, or on the App's dose log, as your only safeguard against a missed or duplicated dose.

(j) You understand that individual results vary and that Peptade does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or benefit from the use of any peptide or feature.

(k) You assume full responsibility for any health decisions made based on information provided by the App.

8A. Express Assumption of Risk

The use of peptides and other bioactive compounds carries inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to adverse reactions, allergic reactions, drug interactions, infection, injury from improper preparation or administration, dosing errors, unknown long-term effects, and risks arising from unregulated, counterfeit, or mislabeled products obtained from third-party sources. BY USING THE APP, YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY DECISION YOU MAKE TO ACQUIRE, PREPARE, ADMINISTER, OR USE ANY PEPTIDE, COMPOUND, OR SUBSTANCE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT DECISION WAS INFORMED BY ANYTHING YOU SAW IN THE APP. Peptade provides software and information only; it does not and cannot control your decisions or actions.

9. FDA and Regulatory Disclosure

Compound information, the personalized stack, manual records, nutrition estimates, and all other information provided by Peptade have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for the specific claims described. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Some compounds in the Peptade catalog are FDA-approved medicines (for example, Semaglutide for chronic weight management and type 2 diabetes, or Tesamorelin for HIV-associated lipodystrophy). An approved medicine is placed in the FDA-approved section of a personalized stack only when its FDA-approved indication has been matched to a goal you selected — never on the basis of an off-label use, a community practice, a mechanism of action, or a related compound's approval — and that placement is made by a database rule, not by an AI model (see Section 3). The App's regulatory-status statements are drawn from the FDA's public Drugs@FDA record and reflect United States status at a point in time; approvals, withdrawals, and indications change, and the App's copy may lag. An approved indication is a statement of regulatory fact about a medicine, not a statement that the medicine is appropriate, safe, or effective for you: whether to use it, and at what dose, is a decision for a licensed prescriber. Any use of an approved medicine should be discussed with your healthcare provider.

10. Contraindications and Interactions

The Peptade catalog includes contraindication information for each peptide where such information is available in published literature. However, this information may not be comprehensive and does not account for your individual health status, genetic factors, current medications, or pre-existing conditions.

Peptides may interact with prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, other supplements, or pre-existing health conditions in ways that are not documented in the App. Always disclose your full medication list and health history to your healthcare provider before starting any new peptide regimen.

11. Age Restriction

Peptade is restricted to users aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App. By using Peptade, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTADE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF HEALTH, BODILY INJURY, ADVERSE REACTIONS, OVERDOSE, UNDERDOSE, MISCALCULATION, IMPROPER ADMINISTRATION, HOSPITALIZATION, LOSS OF INCOME, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF COMPOUND INFORMATION, THE PERSONALIZED STACK, DOSING REFERENCES, RECONSTITUTION INFORMATION, CALCULATORS, REMINDERS, THE AI ASSISTANT, THE TRACKING FEATURES, OR ANY OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE APP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PEPTADE AND THE PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP OR THIS DISCLAIMER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE CAP SET OUT IN THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE (THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR US $50).

You expressly agree that your use of peptide-related and health-related information from Peptade is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, these provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This Disclaimer is incorporated into the Terms of Service. The governing law, binding arbitration, and class action waiver provisions of the Terms of Service (https://www.peptade.com/terms) apply to any dispute arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptade, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of peptide-related or health-related information provided by the App, your purchase or use of any peptide or compound product, or your violation of this Disclaimer.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

15. Updates to This Disclaimer

Peptade reserves the right to update this Disclaimer at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, and the Effective Date above is updated with each revision. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.

The Consent Version shown at the top of this document identifies the wording of the biometric notice the App shows you immediately before the camera during stack generation, which is what the App stamps on your consent record. It changes whenever that in-app notice changes, and never otherwise, so that the version on your record can always be matched to exactly what you were shown. A revision to this Disclaimer alone does not change it.
