Nothing optional runs until you agree. When you first visit this site, we ask for your consent before loading any measurement or advertising technology. If you decline, or simply never answer, no advertising or analytics cookies are set and no measurement requests are sent.

1. What Cookies Are

2. What This Website Uses

2A. Strictly Necessary (always on)
