Log a site when you log a dose, and the map updates. You don't have to keep a mental list of where the last few injections went.
The map only reflects sites you've entered. Tap a muscle to see how many days ago you last used it — a bookkeeping convenience computed from your own logs, not a recommendation, because site selection must come from a licensed healthcare provider.
