Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Peptade application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Medical & Health Information Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Peptade. The App — including peptide recommendations, peptide and compound tracking, dosing references, reconstitution information, injection-site tracking, and all other features — is intended solely for adults. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Health and Peptide Information Disclaimer

2A. What Peptade Is

Peptade is a peptide-tracking and improvement application. It helps you track the compounds, doses, cycles, and lifestyle habits you choose to record, and it suggests peptides based on your self-reported profile (age, gender, height, weight, activity level, physique level, and improvement goals) together with a single facial photo you optionally provide during stack generation. The App covers a broad range of improvement areas including weight management, muscle growth and recovery, cognitive performance, immune support, longevity, hormonal balance, sexual health, hair growth, skin health, facial and aesthetic goals, and overall physical well-being.

For each suggested peptide, the App shows its name, route(s) of administration, and an AI-generated rationale explaining why it was suggested for your goals. These outputs reflect algorithmic matching between your stated goals and the known properties of each peptide. Peptade does not produce or show you any facial score, rating, symmetry measurement, "aesthetic dimension," or diagnostic assessment — the facial photo is used only as one input to tailor the peptide suggestions (see Section 3).

2B. What Peptade Is Not

Peptade is NOT a medical device, medical service, diagnostic tool, or clinical platform. It does NOT provide medical advice, clinical advice, pharmaceutical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Peptide recommendations are informational guidance — NOT medical prescriptions, clinical directives, or treatment plans. The facial photo is analyzed only to help tailor suggestions and does NOT produce a clinical diagnosis or a score shown to you.

Peptade does not replace consultations with physicians, specialists, or any other licensed healthcare professionals. The App operates entirely outside the scope of clinical medicine.

2C. About the Peptides

All peptides in the Peptade catalog are naturally occurring amino acid chains or synthetic analogs thereof. They are bioactive signaling molecules. Each peptide is classified by its evidence level: "Clinically Proven" (strong peer-reviewed evidence) or "Promising Research" (preliminary or emerging evidence from early-stage studies).

The regulatory status of individual peptides varies by country and jurisdiction. Some peptides may require a prescription in certain jurisdictions, while others may be available as supplements or research compounds. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal and regulatory status of any peptide in your jurisdiction before purchasing or using it.

2D. Dosing, Personalization, Reconstitution, and Calculators

The App provides general references on how peptides are commonly used, including application method (topical, oral, or injection), typical frequency, general usage context, typical concentration ranges, and — for injectable peptides supplied as lyophilized powder — general reconstitution guidance with a syringe reference.

The App also lets you optionally personalize a compound in your stack: total amount, remaining amount, BAC water volume, fixed dose, multi-step titration schedule, doses per day, on/off cycle pattern, reconstitution date, half-life and peak-time values, and free-text notes. You may also add custom (non-catalog) compounds by entering a name and selecting an administration method (see Section 3A), record where you inject on a body map, and use the built-in reconstitution and nutrition calculators.

When you provide both a total peptide amount and a BAC water volume for an injectable compound, the App (and the reconstitution calculator) will display an injection-volume reference (for example, "Draw 0.10 mL"). This reference is computed by simple arithmetic from the values you entered. It is not a personalized medical dose, not a verified calculation, and not a substitute for guidance from a licensed healthcare provider. Peptade does not validate the values you enter, does not adjust your titration schedule, and does not recommend changes to any dose you configure.

ALL DOSING INFORMATION, PERSONALIZATION DATA, INJECTION-VOLUME AND CALCULATOR REFERENCES, RECONSTITUTION INSTRUCTIONS, RECONSTITUTION-AGE WARNINGS, CYCLE WARNINGS, AND APPLICATION REFERENCES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. They are NOT personalized dosing prescriptions or medical recommendations. Actual dosing, reconstitution practice, injection-site selection, and cycle decisions must be determined by a qualified healthcare provider. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every value you enter and for any health decisions you make based on the App's display of those values.

Dosing references are descriptive, not prescriptive: they summarize how compounds are reported to have been used in published literature and common practice, and are not statements of what you should do. The reconstitution and nutrition calculators are general-purpose arithmetic tools intended solely for use in connection with substances and foods you may lawfully possess and use — where applicable, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. They must not be used to facilitate the preparation or use of any substance that is unlawful for you to possess or use in your jurisdiction. Entering a substance or value into a calculator does not constitute Peptade's endorsement, verification, or recommendation of that substance or any dose, and Peptade has no knowledge of what substance, if any, your entries refer to.

2E. Injectable Peptides — Additional Warning

Injectable peptides carry additional risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, nerve damage, and adverse events from improper reconstitution, contaminated supplies, incorrect technique, or dosing errors. The educational information provided by Peptade about injectable preparation, and the App's injection-site tracker, are not a substitute for hands-on instruction from a licensed healthcare provider.

2F. Your Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any decision to research, purchase, use, administer, or discontinue any peptide or compound is made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

• You are solely responsible for verifying the legal and regulatory status of any peptide in your jurisdiction.

• You will consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning, modifying, or discontinuing any peptide regimen, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are using prescription medications.

• You will consult a licensed physician before using any injectable peptide.

• You will not rely solely on Peptade's dosing references, reconstitution guides, calculators, injection-volume displays, the AI assistant, or the tracking features as personalized medical guidance.

• Individual results vary and Peptade does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of any peptide or feature.

• You assume full responsibility for any health decisions made based on information provided by the App.

2G. FDA and Regulatory Disclosure

Peptide recommendations, dosing references, reconstitution guides, calculators, and all other information provided by Peptade have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for the specific claims described. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Some peptides in the catalog may be FDA-approved for specific indications; however, Peptade's recommendations are based on known mechanisms of action and relevance to your profile — not on FDA-approved indications.

2H. No Sales, No Sourcing, No Endorsement

Peptade is a software application only. Peptade does not manufacture, sell, distribute, supply, dispense, prescribe, or ship any peptide, compound, supplement, or other substance. The App does not contain purchase links, vendor lists, supplier recommendations, or any information about where to buy any peptide, and Peptade will never direct you to any source of supply. Peptade receives no commission, referral fee, or other compensation related to the purchase of any substance.

The appearance of any peptide in the App's catalog or in your suggested stack is not an instruction, endorsement, encouragement, or recommendation that you acquire or use that substance. It is an informational, educational match between the known properties of the peptide and the goals you self-reported. Whether to acquire or use any substance — and where, whether, and how to lawfully do so — is entirely your own decision, made at your own risk and, where applicable, under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider.

3. The Service and Your Content

Peptade provides: personalized peptide recommendations and a peptide stack tailored from your profile and a single optional facial photo; a peptide/compound tracker with dosing schedules, cycles, reconstitution and supply tracking, dose logging, and injection-site tracking; a peptide research library; an in-app AI assistant ("Pep AI"); reconstitution and nutrition calculators; and lifestyle tracking for sleep, hydration, nutrition (including AI food-photo, menu, and barcode scanning), exercise/workouts with a muscle map, and body weight — with an optional Apple Health integration. To use these features, you may provide profile and tracking information and optionally capture photos (a facial selfie for stack generation, and food/menu/barcode photos for the nutrition features).

Use of the facial photo is optional. If you do not wish to provide it, you can still track compounds and use the App's other features; however, the personalized stack generation uses the photo as one of its inputs.

You retain ownership of all content you provide (photos, profile, and tracking data). By providing content, you grant Peptade a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Facial photo handling: When you provide a facial photo during stack generation, it is uploaded to our secure storage and sent to a trusted third-party AI service, which extracts facial geometry and characteristics ("biometric data") used only to help tailor your peptide suggestions. This data is not used for facial recognition, identity verification, advertising, sale to third parties, or training third-party AI models, and no score or rating is shown to you. A single front photo is used per generation. For complete details on collection, use, sharing, retention, and consent, see the Privacy Policy (Biometric Data Collection and Use).

Photos in the nutrition features (food, menu, barcode) are sent to our AI provider for identification only and are not retained as stored images by the App.

3A. Custom Compounds and User-Generated Content

The App allows you to add custom compounds that are not listed in the Peptade catalog. When you do so, the compound name and the administration method (oral, topical, or injectable) you select are stored as user-generated content ("Custom Entries"). Peptade does not pre-screen, validate, vet, attest to, or evaluate the safety, identity, legality, regulatory status, dosing, or clinical appropriateness of any Custom Entry. The Peptade catalog's evidence levels, contraindication notes, and AI-generated rationales do not apply to Custom Entries. Custom Entries are not used to generate AI peptide recommendations.

You agree that Custom Entries and any other free-text you submit will not: (a) reference or describe controlled substances or illegal drugs; (b) impersonate, misrepresent, or use trademarks you do not have rights to; (c) contain offensive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable language; (d) contain personal information about other people; or (e) violate any applicable law or third-party right. Peptade reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove, hide, or refuse to display any Custom Entry that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or appears abusive. Removal of a Custom Entry may also remove related dose history. To report a Custom Entry that you believe violates these Terms, contact us at help@peptade.com.

By submitting a Custom Entry, you grant Peptade a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that entry within the App for the sole purpose of providing the service to you, and you represent and warrant that the entry complies with these Terms.

3B. AI Assistant, Tracking, and Health Features

The App includes an in-app AI assistant, an AI food scanner (photo, menu, and barcode), a sleep tracker, a hydration tracker, an exercise/workout tracker with a muscle map, body-weight tracking, and an optional Apple Health integration.

The AI assistant and the food scanner send your input — and, for the assistant, a snapshot of your own in-app data — to a trusted third-party AI provider to generate results. All AI outputs, and all nutrition, sleep, hydration, exercise, and body-weight values, are approximate and for general self-tracking only — they are not medical, dietary, or clinical advice, are not a measurement or diagnostic device, and may be inaccurate. See the Medical & Health Information Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy for details. You are solely responsible for any dietary, sleep, training, or other health-related decisions you make, and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate. The Apple Health integration is optional and can be turned off at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Peptade offers premium features through in-app subscriptions managed by Apple through the App Store. Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store subscription settings.

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its refund policies.

• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

• Promotional offers (including any limited-time discounted package presented after declining the standard paywall) are subject to availability through Apple and to the price, billing period, and auto-renewal terms displayed at the moment of purchase. The discounted price applies for the introductory period stated on the offer; thereafter, the subscription auto-renews at the standard list price for that package unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4A. Purchase Before Account Creation

Peptade lets you complete your purchase before creating an account. If you subscribe during onboarding, your purchase is processed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID at that moment. You are then prompted to create a Peptade account (or sign in) so your subscription and data can be saved and synced across devices. Your purchase is valid as soon as Apple confirms it — creating the account links that existing purchase to your account; it does not charge you again. If you do not finish creating an account, your subscription still exists on your Apple ID, and you can restore it at any time using "Restore Purchase" with the same Apple ID used to buy it. Because billing is handled entirely by Apple, all charges, renewals, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies regardless of whether you have created a Peptade account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the App's AI or backend services.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App by automated means.

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

• Add Custom Entries (custom compounds) that reference controlled substances, illegal drugs, prescription-only medications you do not lawfully possess, trademarks you do not have rights to, or that contain offensive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content (see Section 3A).

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

• Share or resell your account credentials.

• Use Peptade's peptide information, dosing references, injection-volume references, calculators, the AI assistant, or personalization features to provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or health services to others.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, peptide catalog data, branding, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by Peptade and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Peptade integrates with third-party services to provide its features:

• Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, file storage, and server-side functions.

• OpenRouter / OpenAI: AI-powered facial-photo analysis, peptide recommendations and rationales, the in-app AI assistant, and the food, menu, and barcode identification features.

• RevenueCat: Subscription and payment management (with Apple's App Store).

• Sentry: Error and crash monitoring for our backend services.

• Nutrition and product data providers: A public nutrition database (such as USDA FoodData Central) for food and nutrient information, and a product database for barcode lookups.

• Apple: Sign in with Apple, the App Store, and (optionally) Apple Health.

• Google: Sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.

• Meta Platforms (Facebook): Advertising measurement and attribution, so we can run and optimize our marketing. Subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice (see our Privacy Policy, Section 5A).

• PostHog: Product analytics to understand in-app usage and improve the App.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App and your account at any time, with or without notice, with or without cause, at our sole discretion — including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal or regulatory reasons, or discontinuation of the App or any feature. We will have no liability to you or any third party for any suspension, restriction, or termination of your access, or for any resulting loss of data or content, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account through the App's Profile/Settings screens. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any active App Store subscription must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID; deleting your account does not automatically cancel it, and termination does not entitle you to any refund (refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under its policies).

Sections 2, 3, 6, and 8 through 15 of these Terms survive any termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, PEPTADE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (a) THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS OR BUGS WILL BE CORRECTED; (b) ANY DATA OR CONTENT YOU STORE IN THE APP WILL NOT BE LOST, CORRUPTED, DELETED, OR ALTERED — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN RECORDS OF ANY INFORMATION YOU CONSIDER IMPORTANT; (c) THE APP WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (d) ANY AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS, RECOMMENDATION, RATIONALE, DOSING REFERENCE, CALCULATOR OUTPUT, ASSISTANT RESPONSE, OR NUTRITION/SLEEP/EXERCISE ESTIMATE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE; OR (e) ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE THE APP DEPENDS ON (INCLUDING AI PROVIDERS, HOSTING, AND PAYMENT SERVICES, SECTION 7) WILL BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Peptide recommendations are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All peptide and health information should be independently verified with a qualified healthcare provider. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you; in that case, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTADE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA (INCLUDING LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OF DATA), SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER OR DEVICE DAMAGE, COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, HEALTH OUTCOMES, BODILY INJURY, ADVERSE REACTIONS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP — INCLUDING YOUR USE OF PEPTIDE INFORMATION, RECOMMENDATIONS, DOSING REFERENCES, RECONSTITUTION GUIDES, CALCULATORS, THE AI ASSISTANT, THE TRACKING FEATURES, OR ANY OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE APP, AND INCLUDING ANY BUG, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY, SECURITY INCIDENT, OR FAILURE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Aggregate cap. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PEPTADE AND THE PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PEPTADE THROUGH THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND PEPTADE, AND APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptade, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of or access to the App; (b) your purchase, possession, preparation, or use of any peptide, compound, or other substance, whether or not based on information from the App; (c) any content you submit, including Custom Entries, notes, photos, or other user-generated content, and any claim that such content is defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or harmful; (d) your violation of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Medical & Health Information Disclaimer; (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including laws governing controlled substances or prescription medications; or (f) your violation of any rights of a third party. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12A. Informal Resolution First

Before filing any claim, you and Peptade each agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice describing the dispute to help@peptade.com. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of the notice, either party may commence arbitration as set out below. This step is a prerequisite to starting arbitration.

12B. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the App are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable rights or protections (including under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, or similar laws), nothing in these Terms deprives you of those rights, and Sections 12C and 12D do not apply to the extent such law makes them unenforceable against you.

12C. Binding Arbitration

Except as provided in Section 12E, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Canada under its Arbitration Rules in effect at the time. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, in English, seated in Toronto, Ontario, and — unless you and Peptade agree otherwise — may proceed by videoconference, by telephone, or based on written submissions. Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the administrator's rules. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that the enforceability of the class action waiver in Section 12D may be decided only by a court. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If twenty-five (25) or more similar arbitration demands are filed against Peptade by the same or coordinated counsel, the parties agree that the demands shall be resolved in staged batches of up to 25, selected by the parties in alternating turns, and any applicable limitation periods are tolled while a demand awaits its batch.

12D. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

YOU AND PEPTADE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity only. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief. If a court finds this class action waiver unenforceable as to a particular claim, then the arbitration agreement in Section 12C shall not apply to that claim, which shall proceed in court under Section 12G — but this waiver remains fully enforceable as to all other claims.

12E. Exceptions

Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court (including the Ontario Small Claims Court) if it qualifies, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access to or abuse of the App.

12F. Your Right to Opt Out of Arbitration

You may opt out of Sections 12C and 12D by emailing help@peptade.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and the email associated with your account. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

12G. Venue for Non-Arbitrable Disputes

For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Peptade consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you waive any objection to such venue, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12H. Time Limit on Claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise, it is permanently barred.

13. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Peptade only — not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property claims. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. General Provisions

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable (or, if not possible, severed), and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Medical & Health Information Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptade regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements on that subject.

• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Any waiver must be in writing.

• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.

• Force majeure. Peptade is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or infrastructure failures, or failures of third-party services.

• Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 3, 6, and 8–15) survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website (https://www.peptade.com/terms) and updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of Peptade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
